Return and Exchange Policy

Cancellation by Mayilon Silver

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order due to limitations on quantity, errors in pricing or product information, issues identified by our fraud-avoidance department, or other reasons. We may request additional information to accept orders. You will be notified if your order is cancelled fully or partially or if further information is required.

Cancellation by Customer

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Registered customers can check order status via the Track Order option on mayilonsilver.com. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to your account via the original payment method or by cheque (if the original debit/credit card is no longer in use). Once initiated, the refund will be processed directly to your account or sent via cheque.

If refund is approved, your amount will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, contact support@mayilonsilver.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is proven defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or wrong items received.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, the replacement will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange item

Important Notes

  • All claims must be supported by clear photo or video evidence.
  • Mayilon Silver reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item is found used or tampered with.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed after proper verification and quality checks.
