- Non-Delivery/Defective Items: Claims for non-delivery or empty packages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with an unboxing video showing the original seal. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photos to support@mayilonsilver.com.

- Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation email with details, including itemized products, shipping address, and estimated delivery date.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address. Mayilon Silver is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, Mayilon Silver reserves the right to deny the claim.
- Empty Package Claims Procedure:
- Claims for empty packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
- To file a claim:

- Submit video evidence of unboxing, including the exterior, interior, and shipping labels or packaging materials.
- If requested, return the packaging to Mayilon Silver for inspection at your expense.
- Mayilon Silver will investigate by:
- Reviewing order fulfilment records, including weight at dispatch and packaging procedures.
- Analyzing video evidence for signs of tampering or inconsistencies.
- Consulting with the carrier to verify package handling and delivery conditions.
- If the investigation indicates tampering or carrier mishandling, Mayilon Silver will file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund upon resolution.
- If evidence suggests a fraudulent claim (e.g., inconsistent photos, lack of tampering evidence), Mayilon Silver reserves the right to deny the claim.
- All packages are weighed and documented at dispatch to ensure accurate contents.
- Additional verification (e.g., government-issued ID or proof of address) may be required for high-value orders or repeat claimants.
- Suspicious claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities for investigation of potential fraud.
