Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Mayilon Silver: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order due to limitations on quantity, errors in pricing or product information, issues identified by our fraud-avoidance department, or other reasons. We may request additional information to accept orders. You will be notified if your order is cancelled fully or partially or if further information is required.

Cancellation by Customer: Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Registered customers can check order status via the Track Order option on mayilonsilver.com. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to your account via the original payment method or by cheque (if the original debit/credit card is no longer in use). Once initiated, the refund will be processed directly to your account or sent via cheque.
